This class incorporates the Starting Strength Method of Basic Barbell Training by Mark Rippetoe, emphasizing: * Maximum muscle engagement. * Full effective range of motion. * Progressive weight increases. Participants will master five core barbell exercises: Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean (when ready). Alongside building strength, you will develop proprioception, neuromuscular efficiency, and movement mechanics to reduce injury risk. Whether you’re new or experienced, this program fosters teamwork, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to strength while helping athletes reach their goals.
